2. Description of Service

Ace Pivot AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered gig opportunity evaluation tools, strategic frameworks, and educational content to help gig workers assess and pursue income opportunities. Our service includes the 5-Dimension Scoring System, framework library, blog content, and AI evaluator tool.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Access to full app features requires a monthly subscription at $4.99/month
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute app content
• You may not share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Ace Pivot AI — including the 5-Dimension Framework, scoring methodology, written content, frameworks, and AI evaluation system — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ace Pivot AI LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ace Pivot AI provides opportunity evaluation tools for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific income outcome or business result. Gig opportunity scores are AI-generated assessments based on the information provided and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on app outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Pivot AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@acepivot.ai.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
